is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any
personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements
of the data protection legislation in France. The purpose of this statement
is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use
it.

In order to have access to the price of the objects and place an order, you
need to register as a member. To become a member, you will need to communicate
to us your full name, phone number, postal address, email address and the
capacity under which you wish to purchase an object, professional or private.

We shall use this personal information for the purpose of computing the VAT
charges, if applicable, freight charges and insurance cost for each object
according to the delivery address indicated by you. We shall use it for addressing
our invoice to you. We may also use it with your explicit permission to email
you our newsletter.

We shall not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third
party for commercial reasons, beyond the essential inputs required for credit/debit
card validation during the payment procedure. The latter inputs are handled
through our bank’s secure payment system that is external to our Website
and therefore will not be made known to us.

We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information
which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with
the French data protection legislation.

In order to process credit/debit card transactions, the bank or card processing
agency may require to verify your personal details for authorisation outside
the EEA (European Economic Area). Your information will not be transferred
outside the EEA for any other purpose.
